Making Men Look Great Through a Better Experience

EXPANSION POINTS TO INTEGRATION NEEDS

A true omnichannel retailer, Alton Lane has not only remade the custom suit experience, it reaches customers through a personalized online experience where the company can track the journey of its custom-made clothes, its retail showrooms and a mobile showroom operating out of a customized vintage 31’ Airstream.

OUTGROWING THE OLD OUTFIT

As it launched its fourth store, Alton Lane quickly realized its existing QuickBooks system and homemade back-end could not support its growth. After evaluating the market, it implemented NetSuite as a customizable, cloud-based platform that could scale with the business.

NETSUITE SUITS ITS NEEDS

Alton Lane has adopted more of NetSuite as it’s grown from four stores to 12. It’s continuing its aggressive expansion while also diversifying its business, launching a women’s clothing line (as part of its business development platform), offering a new online 3D custom shoe design tool and introducing a corporate gifting program.

FOUNDATION FOR THE FUTURE

Alton Lane envisions in the near term doubling their existing volume within their current footprint while continuing to refine its model for scale. Ultimately, Alton Lane would love to have a store in every major American city, and it also aspires to introduce custom casual wear and same-week delivery. Now, it has the technology foundation to make all of that happen and much more.
